Donnie Klang: This time it's forever

"STAY HERE FOREVER"
Review by Christina Chaffin
The title "Starving Artist" fits Donnie Klang well. Who knew a collaboration with good friend, Frankie B., would act as food for the soul? Klang's latest Internet-leaked release (thanks to the singer himself) is not only album quality, but chart worthy. Filled with dance synthesizers, smooth vocals and futurisitc sounds, Klang's proven he's in it to win it. With tracks like "Stay Here Forever," he could easily steal the top spot on the R&B charts. Singer/songwriter Chris Brown was the last artist successfully pushing the European/Pop sound with his 2008 single "Forever." Klang's "Stay Here Forever" not only challenges artists to reinvent their style, but introduces the kind of music he's been wanting to give his fans since he signed to Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' Bad Boy label. If you haven't paid attention to him, wake up and turn your speakers on. "Stay Here Forever" is one of Klang's newest tracks. If you enjoyed Brown's single, you're going to love the 2009-2010 Klang sound.

Tahj sings his way to success

Being a child star is a glamorous life to dream about. Writing your own success into adulthood is another story. For Tahj Mowry, the adjustment is not only successful, but exciting.

Warner Bros., TV show, "Smart Guy," starring Mowry as "TJ Henderson," features a cute, lovable kid ready to take on high school. Mowry came a long way since 1997, when the show first aired. Twelve years later, he's ready to step into the limelight, once again, only this time playing himself; Tahj Mowry, the singer.

"THEY DON'T KNOW" - Review by Christina Chaffin
Tahj Mowry is back on the music map. If his album's anything like his current Myspace ballad, "They Don't Know," he's off to a solid start. Full of mellow adlibs and a soulful falsetto during the refrain, Mowry steps into adulthood, one lyric at a time. Perhaps what's most surprising is despite "They Don't Know" being a smash hit on Myspace, another track will be his debut single. However, if he follows the route he took with "They Don't Know," he should find himself high on the R&B charts. To date, his song ['They Don't Know"] has reached 468,645 plays since first being uploaded on Myspace and is still climbing.

The kid has returned

"Who is this guy? I know I've seen him before!"

"So that's who the new 'Kick It Out' star is; 'TJ Henderson' from 'Smart Guy'!"

More on Tahj to come.
